Did you turn off your Wii U while downloading a game. Maybe the power went out or you pulled the cord because it was thundering? Here's how to resume your download.
If you have registered a download code in a campaign and the power was cut off in the middle of the download, you will get the error message that the code has already been used the next time you try to download your game. To access your game, you therefore need to follow the steps below.
Launch your Wii U console and tap the Nintendo eShop.
Tap "MENU"
Tap "HISTORY"
Tap "Titles you have downloaded"
Tap "All software on this console"
Scroll down to the game you are having trouble with and click "DOWNLOAD"
After these simple steps, your download will resume and you will soon be able to play your game.
